Hello I'm Eric, a Learning Experience Desiger based in Minneapolis Minnesota.

I've spent the last 12+ years cultivating my skills and passion as creative director and learning experience designer. My current professional role/title is "Creative Solutions Lead" at TTC Innovations - a custom learning design and development agency.

I've won top level industry awards, delighted clients, and pushed the boundaries and definitions of elearning.  I am rooted in the values of storytelling, but fluent in Generative technology and other emerging AI tools.

My everyday tools include: Photoshop, Articulate Storyline 360, Midjourney, and Caffeine.
